1. General Returns Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of mattresses and bedding products, Dreamy Beds will only accept returns under specific conditions as outlined below.

Products may only be returned if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
  • The incorrect product was delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing fault

All return requests must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and health reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

  • Mattresses that have been slept on or used
  • Pillows
  • Mattress protectors
  • Bedding accessories
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Custom-made products

Dreamy Beds reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify Dreamy Beds within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide clear photographs of the damage or defect
  3. Include your order number and contact details

Once inspected and approved, we may:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product
  • Provide a refund where applicable

4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for refund processing
  • Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Dreamy Beds error.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to:

  • Product condition
  • Availability of replacement stock
  • Approval after inspection

Additional delivery or collection fees may apply for exchanges not related to manufacturing defects.

6. Collection and Return Costs

If a return or exchange is approved due to:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect delivery
  • Damaged goods upon arrival

Dreamy Beds will arrange collection at no additional cost.

If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for collection and redelivery fees.

7. Warranty Information

Certain Dreamy Beds products may include manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Stains, burns, or physical damage
  • Improper support bases or handling

Warranty periods may vary depending on the product purchased.

8. Cancellation of Orders

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible or additional fees may apply.
